Frequently asked questions
The questions organisations most often ask before starting an engagement.
Organisations with real operational complexity — hospitals and medical centres, schools, retailers, manufacturers, finance and HR teams, MEP contractors and public-sector bodies. The common factor is that the software has to fit an existing operation rather than replace it wholesale.
Both, depending on what the situation warrants. Where a business management product fits — we are an Odoo Partner — configuration and customisation is often the faster, cheaper path. Where the workflow is genuinely specific to the organisation, a custom system is usually the better long-term decision. We say which we think applies before the work starts.
Substantially. Most of our work involves behaviour specific to one organisation. The engineering constraint we hold to is that customisation must not make the system unmaintainable — client-specific behaviour is built so the system can still be upgraded and understood later.
Yes, and this is a large part of what we do. That includes third-party platforms, legacy systems, physical devices through manufacturer SDKs, and regulatory endpoints such as the Egyptian Tax Authority for electronic invoicing.
As an architectural concern rather than a final review. Access control models, cryptographic work and secure integration are designed with the system, because they cannot be added convincingly afterwards. Where we hold clinical, financial or personal data, that shapes the design directly.
We stay with it. Systems of this kind live for years and change continuously as regulations, departments and data volumes move. Ongoing support and maintenance is part of how we work, not an upsell after delivery.
Yes. Queue and display hardware, imaging and laboratory equipment, office products and device SDKs. We also handle hardware procurement support, troubleshooting and IT services alongside the software.
Yes. Our bases are Cairo and Upper Egypt, and we have clients and partners in the Philippines.
With a conversation about how your organisation runs today and where it is under strain — not with a feature list. From there we scope the work explicitly, including what is deliberately out of scope, before any build begins.
