Field operations and project delivery platform

MEP Management System

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing workflows from on-site inspection through correction to project handover.

  • MEP
  • Enterprise software
  • Mobile application

The challenge

MEP work is distributed across sites, stages and trades, and most of the record is created away from a desk — often with unreliable connectivity. The documentation that results is a contractual deliverable, so gaps in it are not just administrative inconvenience. Systems that assume office-based data entry simply do not get used.

The solution

We built for capture at the point of work. Inspections are recorded on site via mobile, corrections and follow-ups are tracked to closure, and stage progress rolls up into project and cross-project reporting. Handover documentation is produced from the same record rather than assembled separately at the end.

Core modules

  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing scopes
  • On-site inspection recording
  • Corrections and follow-up tracking
  • Stage and progress tracking
  • Delivery and handover documentation
  • Project and cross-project reporting

Engineering

  • Mobile application for on-site capture
  • Web application for project management and reporting
  • Shared backend and API layer
  • Tolerance for intermittent connectivity
  • Document generation from operational records

Scale & complexity

  • 01Multiple concurrent projects and sites
  • 02Field capture across trades and stages
  • 03Documentation retained through to handover

Capabilities

  • Web
  • Mobile
  • Backend systems

Result

Inspection, correction and delivery records are captured on site and produce handover documentation directly, rather than being reconstructed at project end.

Interface imagery is withheld where client systems contain operational data. Approved screenshots replace these panels.
