Medical Centre Management System

Reception, reservations, clinics and administration for medical centres operating multiple specialities.

The challenge

A medical centre has the operational complexity of a small hospital without the administrative capacity of one. Several specialities share reception, scheduling and records, and the same small team handles registration, booking, billing and reporting. Systems built for single-practice use break down; systems built for hospitals are too heavy to operate.

The solution

We delivered a system sized for that middle ground. Reception, reservations and clinic workflows share one patient record across specialities, with administration and reporting built in rather than bolted on. Configuration allows the centre to add specialities and adjust workflows without redevelopment.

Core modules

  • Reception and registration
  • Reservations across specialities
  • Clinic and consultation workflows
  • Patient records
  • Administration
  • Operational reporting

Engineering

  • Web application for daily operational use
  • Role-based permissions across a small team with wide responsibilities
  • Configurable speciality and workflow setup
  • Backend and API services
  • Reporting over the operational dataset

  • 01Multiple specialities in one centre
  • 02Shared patient record across services
  • 03Continuous daily operation

Capabilities

  • Web
  • Backend systems
  • APIs

Result

The centre operates reception, booking, clinical and administrative work in one system with a shared record across specialities.
