The challenge
A queue system is only partly a software problem. Ticket printers, counter units and display screens have to operate in a public space, every day, without attention — and the routing logic behind them has to reflect how the organisation actually delivers service, including the priority cases that break a simple first-come model. Systems delivered as software alone leave the organisation coordinating two vendors when something stops working.
The solution
We deliver both halves as one installation. Hardware is supplied, installed and supported alongside software that handles service categories, routing and priority rules, and integrates with reception or clinical workflows so a ticket means something in the wider system. Reporting on waiting times and throughput gives management visibility that a standalone queue box cannot.
